    An upstate New York couple is being accused of beating a three-year-old boy with a belt so hard he was left brain dead.

    Alison and Donald Bovio, both 38, were arrested Monday on charges of first-degree assault for repeatedly beating the tot in their Seneca Falls home, WSTM-TV reported.
